4. Product Specifications

- Industry-standard tolerances apply to all corrugated box dimensions, typically within +/- 3mm for length and width.
- Custom printing colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to differences in substrate and ink absorption on corrugated board.
- Exact specifications, tolerances, and quality standards will be confirmed in the formal order agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for orders placed with ACES Inc. are as follows:
- Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be agreed upon in writing before production begins.
- An advance payment may be required for first-time orders or custom die-cut tooling.
- Late payments may result in production delays and may incur additional charges as outlined in the order agreement.
- All prices quoted are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.
6. Delivery
ACES Inc. is committed to on-time delivery of all orders. The following terms apply:
- Delivery timelines are estimated based on order volume, specifications, and current production capacity.
- Delivery dates are confirmed in the order agreement and we make every effort to meet committed schedules.
- ACES Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, or government actions (force majeure).
- Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed location or handover to the designated carrier.
7. Quality Assurance and Returns
All corrugated boxes manufactured by ACES Inc. undergo quality testing, including burst strength and edge crush tests. Our quality policy includes:
- Products are manufactured to meet the specifications agreed upon in the order confirmation.
- Claims for defective products must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
- ACES Inc. will inspect all reported defects and, at our discretion, replace defective units, provide a credit, or arrange a mutually agreed resolution.
- Returns are not accepted for products manufactured to custom specifications unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect.
